Scholarship Details

One full scholarship will be offered for the MSc in Sustainable Development, Management and Policy (see: https://www.modul.ac.at/study-programs/master/master-in-sustainable-development-management-and-policy/). The program has a strong focus on Ecological Economics and Degrowth and invites students from diverse backgrounds to explore sustainability through a multidisciplinary lens.Our core courses are usually held in small groups of around 15 people or less,which allows a lot of interaction with lecturers and many opportunities to deepen one’s interests.

In addition we are also providing 10 partial scholarships worth €12,000 for any of the MSc programs.

Applicants who are awarded a partial scholarship must make their first payment within 60 days of date of admission, otherwise the scholarship will be revoked and awarded to a candidate on the wait list. 

We look forward to your application! *All courses are taught in English. Please note that all applicants have to submit an English proficiency proof on level C1. Please submit a recognized language test as TOEFL, IELTS, Cambridge certificate etc., or alternatively, the MODUL University English test can be taken (90 min, €120). The test results must be presented prior to the study start. Applicants who are English native speakers, have conducted their previous education in the English language for a minimum of two years or have used English as a work language for a minimum of two years are exempt from this requirement. However, in any case the admissions committee reserves the right to request a test if deemed necessary.
