Yale School of Management and the Yale School of Forestry & Environmental Studies

Yale’s School of Management (SOM) and School of Forestry & Environmental Studies (F&ES) invite applications for a senior ladder-track appointment for the F.K. Weyerhaeuser Chair. We expect the candidate to serve as a bridge to strengthen teaching and research between the two Schools, as well as provide leadership for the Center for Business and the Environment at Yale (CBEY), support for the joint Masters program between the two Schools, and entrepreneurial spirit for efforts at Yale University related to Business and the Environment.

We seek candidates that have an established research program on such topics as: corporate sustainability management, business and the environment, environmental economics or environmental finance.

The successful applicant will be expected to teach courses at the graduate level including an environmental management course cross-listed in F&ES and SOM. The successful candidate is expected to hold a Ph.D. in a relevant field and to have a track record of work with other disciplines on crosscutting environmental issues.
