Ecological Economics: Theory and Practice for the New Age of Uncertainty

Ecological Economics: Theory and Practice for the New Age of Uncertainty

Australia-New Zealand Society for Ecological Economics (ANZSEE)

In 2023, a 1-day Conference scheduled for Friday June 16, for the Australia-New Zealand Society for Ecological Economics (ANZSEE) will be held in association with the EcoSummit Congress at the Gold Coast Convention Centre, Gold Coast, Australia.

We now face an unprecedented range of environmental, social, health and political challenges in Australia, and globally. Trans-disciplinary perspectives that consider all relevant aspects of human behaviour and ecosystem functioning are essential to address these challenges and create sustainable and positive wellbeing outcomes. Ecological economics is one of the foremost scientific transdisciplinary fields – incorporating the critical intersections between all dimensions of human and other natural systems.

We invite abstracts for contributors of papers.  The deadline for abstract submission is Wednesday 17th February 2023.  Please use this link to submit your abstract by Wednesday 17th February 2023 for the ANZSEE 2023 1-day conference (which is a component of the broader EcoSummit to be held on the Gold Coast) :
